“Complete On-Ground Planning, Infrastructure, and Resource Flow”
The Logistics department is responsible for the complete on-ground planning and execution of Sattva. It manages venue allocation and preparation, stage and event infrastructure, equipment, furniture, transportation, storage, inventory, and other operational requirements. The department coordinates with internal teams, vendors, and event-specific stakeholders to ensure timely setup, smooth movement of resources, and uninterrupted execution throughout the fest. Logistics also oversees on-ground problem-solving, safety requirements, and contingency arrangements, ensuring that every operational aspect of Sattva is efficiently managed.

- Manage venue allocation, preparation, and complete on-ground space layout
- Coordinate stage & event infrastructure, sound towers, power, and equipment
- Oversee furniture, transport, inventory storage, and resource logistics
- Lead vendor coordination, on-ground problem solving, and contingency setups
