“Strategic Decision-Making, Cohesion, and Overall Execution”
The Management department oversees the overall planning, coordination, and execution of Sattva while ensuring that all departments function cohesively towards the common objectives of the fest. It is responsible for strategic decision-making, inter-departmental coordination, monitoring progress, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring that key timelines and requirements are met. The department acts as a central point of coordination between various teams, faculty members, authorities, vendors, and other stakeholders. Management ensures that the overall execution of Sattva remains organised, efficient, and aligned with the vision and standards of the fest.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead master festival planning, cross-departmental coordination, and strategy
- Monitor departmental milestones and resolve real-time operational bottlenecks
- Act as central liaison between teams, faculty authorities, and vendors
- Maintain organizational standards and ensure seamless festival execution
