The Production Department is responsible for bringing the fest to life on the ground. From stage setup and technical arrangements to sound, lighting, backstage coordination and event execution, the team ensures that every event runs smoothly and professionally. It works closely with artists, performers and other departments to turn plans into seamless experiences.
Core Responsibilities
- Direct stage setups, rigging structures, and audio-visual arrangements
- Manage concert sound engineering, DMX lighting grids, and LED video walls
- Oversee backstage coordination, live artist changeovers, and technical cues
- Collaborate with artists and event leads for flawless live execution
