The SMCW department is responsible for managing the overall coordination and communication between Sattva and its various stakeholders. It focuses on maintaining smooth internal communication, coordinating with participating teams, student bodies, and external entities, and ensuring that important information is effectively communicated at every stage of the fest. The department supports the execution of fest-related initiatives, facilitates coordination between departments, and assists in managing official requirements and communications. SMCW plays an important role in ensuring that the functioning of Sattva remains organised, well-coordinated, and aligned with the overall objectives of the fest.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage communication and coordination across participating teams and student bodies
- Facilitate seamless cross-departmental information flow and alignment
- Author official communications, broadcast updates, and fest-related announcements
- Ensure institutional objectives and communications remain organized and timely
